All cartridges are in-stock and will be shipped within 24 hours (often on the same day). Orders received after 1PM PST or on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.  Rarely, an item may become out-of-stock. If that occurs you will notified by email and given a choice of waiting for the item or changing your order.

How are items mailed?

We ship by United States Postal Service (USPS), using Priority Mail in all cases.  Note that other websites offering free shipping frequently use ground mail or First Class routes.  We want you to receive your ink as fast as possible.

Orders shipping to post office boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) and orders shipping outside of the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other US territories) will also be sent by US Mail. We currently do not ship internationally.

How much will it cost?

Our shipping charge is a flat rate (per order) of $4.95. If your order equals or exceeds $30.00, shipping is FREE.
